David Quinn is an educator who lives with his wife in Macomb, Illinois. In addition to professional publications for his discipline (Spanish literature), he has published feature articles in The Philadelphia Bulletin and the San Francisco Chronicle. His short stories have appeared in The Fiction Primer, DownState Story, and Eureka Literary Magazine. This is his third appearance in Amarillo Bay.
